1. Program Overview

• Radiant Results - Spa Business Society offers bi-weekly coaching calls, hot seat opportunities, occasional guest presentations, and access to a community of spa professionals.
• The monthly subscription fee is $99, charged automatically to your payment method on file.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

• The subscription operates on a month-to-month basis, with recurring charges of $99.
• Payments are processed automatically on the same day each month as your initial subscription date.
• By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please provide written notice via email to [email protected].
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

4. No Refund Policy

• All payments made for the subscription are non-refundable.
• This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you are unable to attend coaching calls live, access program materials, or participate in other program benefits.

5. Access and Participation

• Access to coaching calls, recordings, and materials is limited to active subscribers.
• It is your responsibility to attend the coaching calls and participate fully in the program to maximize its value.

6. Program Modifications

• The Besthetician LLC has the right to modify the program schedule, content, or guest presenters at any time.
• Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during group calls and interactions.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the group may result in termination of your subscription without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The coaching program provides educational content and support but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
• You agree to assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the program.

9. Intellectual Property Protection and Prohibited Use

• All content provided within Radiant Results - Spa Business Society, including but not limited to coaching sessions, recordings, materials, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of The Besthetician LLC and is protected by copyright law.
• You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, sharing, selling, distributing, or otherwise using this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Besthetician LLC.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, recording, sharing, or redistribution of content will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action to enforce our intellectual property rights.
